Processing & Shipping times

Digital products should be received immediately after purchase. When purchasing a consult or coaching call, Hilltop Help will be in touch within 2 business days to schedule a call. Please check your email.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different item from what you ordered, please let us know asap! Sometimes things happen, and we will work together to get your your correct order. 

Returned Mail - Undeliverable or Wrong Address Packages

If we receive a returned package due to a wrong address or otherwise undeliverable order, you will need to pay for shipping to resend it to the correct address. If the new shipping fee is not paid, the item will not be re-delivered and you will not receive a refund. 

Please ensure that your address and shipping information is correct prior to ordering.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.
